About Reality Pro Group
Your trusted South African partner for BLUETTI commercial, industrial, and residential energy storage solutions — and professional cleaning services.
Our Story
Founded in South Africa, Reality Pro Group was built on a straightforward belief: every home, business, and facility deserves access to reliable, scalable energy storage at a fair price.
As energy costs and grid instability became defining challenges for South African households and businesses, we aligned with BLUETTI ESS — a global leader in commercial, industrial, and residential energy storage systems. Through this partnership, we bring world-class ESS technology directly to the South African market: from compact home energy systems to large-scale C&I deployments and fully integrated microgrid solutions.
We also provide professional cleaning services — from mattresses and couches to carpets and car interiors — because we believe a clean, well-maintained environment is just as important as a reliable power supply.
What drives us every day
Safety First
Every BLUETTI ESS we deploy is built on multi-layer safety architecture with high-protection enclosures and intelligent fire suppression — because we never compromise on protection.
Transparency
No hidden fees, no surprises. Our quotes are honest and our team is always upfront about what you can expect — from system sizing to total cost of ownership.
Customer First
Your satisfaction drives everything we do. From the initial site assessment through to long-term technical support, we're with you every step of the way.
Sustainability
We believe in clean energy for a cleaner future. Every ESS we install reduces grid dependency, lowers carbon emissions, and contributes to South Africa's energy transition.

We understand South African energy challenges — load shedding, high tariffs, grid instability — because we operate right here and face them alongside our customers.
Scalable Solutions
From a 3 kWh home backup unit to a 2,500 kWh industrial system, we size and configure the right ESS for your exact requirements — no overselling, no undersizing.
